We loved conceptualising this highly bespoke wedding - hand printing lampshades with the couple's initials, personalizing hand picked gifts for each guest and designing striking outdoor lounge areas - dressed in white just like.

The Story:

Living in Johannesburg Christine and Warren dreamt of designing a true wine country wedding – showing the best that the Cape Winelands have to offer. Wedding Concepts was to create a decadent yet understated wedding celebration – stylish, easy, relaxed and memorable. No stone was left unturned in crafting this chic celebration, with the attention to the wedding details being second to none.
A white paper parasol welcomed every guest on arrival, white outdoor lounge tents lured guests closer for lazy summer seating, wrought iron lettering – love, cherish, fun, play - were suspended from trees and lampshades were handmade with the couples initials.  Even the guests, who were asked to dress in shades of cream, blended into the relaxed Winelands setting just perfectly.  As lovers of French Champagne, bubbly flowed freely all night and a champagne tower greeted guests by the spectacular lake on the estate.
The couple entered the reception to their favourite song and asked all guests to dance with them before dinner. The party carried on from there – interactive food, great speeches, a striking cocktail bar providing a nightclub feel, and of course the chic cream, silver & sage green country décor left everyone in awe.
