The Story:

The joining of two African cultures – Congolese and Zimbabwean – all set in the heart of the Cape Winelands, spells the beginning of an incomparable union and a lavish extravaganza. Kundai’s wedding was always meant to be fit for a queen! Classic undertones were kept throughout and no detail was overlooked. The selection of the best chairs available, top of the range tableware and linen set the grand tone of the evening. A number of oversized crystal chandeliers were suspended from the eves – this not only balanced the proportions of the room, but added the WOW factor. To achieve variety food was served with sleek white sideboards specially constructed for the occasion. The stylish counters – each unit shared between two guest tables – were groaning under the weight of butterflied Spanish prawns; barbecued free-range Namibian sirloin, North African lamb cutlets; lemon and thyme roasted chicken and more!

After dinner, Kundai by then in her party wedding dress, and guests were treated to a fire show set to exceptional music and flanked by the vineyards! As the party got underway to the sounds of Rene the Frenchmen, oversized silver coolers – filled with dry ice and mini magnum ice creams – were circulated to cool the steamy atmosphere of the vibrantly filled dance floor!
