The Story:
Bronwen & Paul were introduced to their marquee wedding setting through a celebration we had co-ordinated for a friend some time ago. Understanding that this was a rather large undertaking – after all the site comes equipped with a setting “to die for” and running water only – we formed a wonderful working team rather quickly and the entire process was nothing short of immensely enjoyable!
Bronwen stamped her sense of style and understated elegance from the outset and the day never once left this point of reference. By opting for the new type of translucent clear span marquee - which allows one to literally bring the outside surroundings inside – we did not need to work with large props and masses of furniture. We did however, invest in excellent lighting systems! One cannot stress the importance of lighting enough – especially in this case.
On the day the weather looked a bit ominous - this, however, did not shake the bride’s nerves and by no means dampened the illuminating atmosphere! As Bronwen approached Paul – a true vision walking down the hill towards her groom and the onlooking guests – nothing could shake the fact that Bronwen was meant to be married in this majestic setting with the mountains echoing the surrounding beauty!
As the food and wine flowed, the speeches brought tears to the eye, and guests’ feet started to ache after hours of non-stop dancing – one simply had to sit back and acknowledge how truly perfect a day like this can be.
